Internal control panel built for a technology ecommerce project. The system scraped the 3 main competitors in the market every day, collecting prices and availability for around 20,000 products to compare positioning, detect relevant changes and support commercial decisions.
The project combined recurring scraping, product normalization, structured storage and a query interface to review price differences, adjustment opportunities and daily competitor evolution.
